Our Policies
Customer Orders
All orders are processed on the day of receipt and acknowledgements are emailed confirming the details and advising the anticipated deliver date. Subsequent invoices and statements will also be sent by email.
Delivery
All deliveries are made by us, or by our appointed shipping partner. Products are securely packaged to avoid damage. The goods will be delivered directly to your warehouse address, avoiding the use of carrier ‘hubs’. Deliveries directly to your customer’s address may incur a surcharge, which should be established prior to that delivery taking place.
Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, please advise us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction. This does not affect any statutory right that you may have.
